RedLeaf is a quiet well maintained neighborhood located north of Broomfield Commons Park. The neighborhood boundaries are Sheridan and Lowell between 132nd and 136th. There are two neighborhood HOA's so be certain which HOA your home is a member of. Vista Management is the property manager. The adjacent park grants access to its 86 acres of for public use.
The Broomfield Commons Park amenities include a very large dog park, picnic tables, shelter, soccer and football fields. The park also hosts a tremendous picnic prior to their 4th of July celebration. The 778 parking spots and 16 handicapped spots are sure to fill up early for that event so be early.
RedLeaf has also has 2 neighborhood parks but no swimming pool. If you would like to use a nearby pool the Paul Derda rec center is within walking distance or a short bike rike through Broomfield Commons park.
